【速報】有田芳生参議院議員（立憲民主党）を提訴しました

2022年4月25日、有田芳生参議院議員（立憲民主党）を提訴しました。
３年間にも及ぶ有田議員からの事実無根の誹謗中傷と嫌がらせによって、私の人権は著しく侵害され、培ってきた信頼や多くの仕事を失う結果になりました。
現職の国会議員という公職に就きながら、一切の調査もなく、当事者たちに確認する作業もなく、虚偽の情報を拡散し続ける行為は決して許されるべきではないと考えます。
それでもこの3年間、共通の知人や文書などによって、有田氏が改心し、過ちをただすのを待っていましたが、昨日、民事訴訟（名誉棄損罪）における時効を迎えるにあたって、東京地方裁判所に提訴した次第です。
本件の情報の一部は、クローズドのメルマガ等で触れていますが、先方への訴状の到着を確認したのち、メディア等を通じてさらなる詳細をお知らせいたしたいと思います。
