【報道発表】立花孝志氏（執行猶予中）を被告訴人として、東京地検特捜部へ告訴状を提出

本日（9月20日）11時01分、上杉隆は、喜田村洋一弁護士とともに東京地方検察庁を訪れ、立花孝志氏（執行猶予中）を被告訴人とした告訴状を特捜部直告班に提出しました。
9月17日、YouTube上に立花氏が、私、上杉隆の携帯電話番号を無断で公開して以降、電話が鳴り止まず、これにより、私の仕事のみならず、生活にまで大きな支障をきたしております。
これ以上の被害拡大を避ける意味でも、東京地検特捜部への告訴状提出に踏み切り至りました。
本件に関する詳細や進展については、適切なタイミングでお知らせする予定です。現時点で記者会見の予定はございませんが、報道機関の皆様には、正確かつ公平な報道をお願い申し上げます。
