上杉隆とNHK党との関係について複数の問い合わせを頂戴しています。事実でない誤情報が広まっておりますが、私とNHK党は一切無関係であり、契約の解除を確認しております。念のため、ここにお知らせします（NDAに基づき一部伏字）。

契約解除通知
私は、令和3年2月1日付けで、貴党(当時の名称は、「NHKから自国民を守る党」) と、「『N H Kから自国民を守る党』(現代表者立花孝志氏)の政策及び党運営等に対するコンサルティングに関する覚書」を締結しましたが、この度下記事由により、上記契約6条1号に基づき、本書面をもって上記契約を解除いたしますので、ご通知申し上げます。
【事由】
上記契約に基づき、2 0 2 1年◯月分のコンサルティング料◯◯◯万円(消費税込み) を2 0 2 1年◯月◯日付けでご請求いたしましたが、これが◯月◯日になっても支払われず、◯月◯日に確認を行ったところ、同日付けで立花孝志氏は「上杉隆氏への支払いについては現在凍結しております」との回答があったため。
