本日（9月22日）、代理人である喜田村洋一弁護士を通じて、東京地方検察庁特別捜査部に、追加の資料（証拠）を提出いたしました。
私、上杉隆は、一昨日（9月20日）、偽計業務妨害罪で立花孝志氏を告訴していました。
告訴状に記載された上杉の携帯電話の番号が、被告訴人によって無断で公開されたことにより、多数の不審な電話やメッセージが届いており、これに対応するために私は一時的に業務を停止せざるを得なくなっています。
昨日（9月21日）時点で、私の携帯電話には288件の迷惑電話等が届いています。 以上の状況を踏まえ、東京地検特捜部が証拠に基づき捜査を遂げ、一日も早く社
会正義の実現されることを切に願っております。
