【裁判】NHK党（立花孝志党首）との判決が確定（判決証明）
2021年9月22日、NHK党（立花孝志党首）との裁判で上杉隆勝訴の「判決証明」が届きましたので、お知らせします。
これにより、立花孝志氏（通称NHK党）側の敗訴（請求棄却、控訴せず）が確定となり、訴訟が終結しました。
本年3月より、立花孝志氏は事実無根（デマ）の情報を、あたかも事実であるかのように流布し、国会での繰り返しの虚偽の記者会見、YOUTUBEなどのメディアでのデマ拡散など、単に上杉を貶めるだけの卑劣な振る舞いに留まらず、訴権の濫用ともいうべき裁判を起こしておりましたが、昨日（9月22日）、上杉の勝訴により終結となる判決証明が届いたので、お知らせいたします。
わずか2か月という短期間での確定は、司法による正当な判断というだけではなく、被告の名誉を棄損し、業務を妨害しつづけた極めて悪質な行為を許さないという社会的な判断が下されたものと認識しております。
今後の対応については、被害が大きいこともあり、弁護士と打ち合わせの上、厳格に対処していきたいと存じます。
